iPhone 3G and new iOS 4
Review #1: My iPhone 3G is absolutely choking on the new software upgrade (iOS 4). I’m also not able to get the device to show in the iTunes sidebar due to an “invalid response” from the phone. Better hold off for now, 3G owners.

View the iTunes music library on the web
Just announced, a web-only version of the contents of the iTunes library. Specifically for people who don’t have iTunes installed on their computer.
(Also works as a web-based backstop for links that go to an iTunes Store page.)

If you’re look for the perfect setting for your iTunes Equalizer, look no further. Set it to Manual to calibrate, then “Make Preset…” to save it once you’re done.
I wouldn’t call it perfect for everything(doesn’t work too well through earbuds), but my EQ is set very similar to this when I have it pipping through a pretty decent system. If you’ve got a laptop running your music system, then this would be a great setup.
One of the more under-used features of iTunes, in my opinion.
(Available on iTunes with a full album purchase only.)
From their album, Moon Safari
A favorite “first play” of the day for me in the morning. Just has a sort of wake-up feel.

Another Smart Playlist I made. This one is designed to show songs that have been played once, and have no skip count. I call it the “chopping block.”
Once a song plays all the way through, it is no longer in the list. Once a song is skipped, it’s also no longer in the list. It’s like a big bin for sorting your seldomly-played songs.
If you have a huge music library, it’s a cool way to dig up some gems and dismiss the crap with a swift skip.
