photo The new Apple tablet? The artist rendition and information from this AppleInsider article says it just might be. Apparently, after a very long time in development and a multitude of back-to-the-drawing-board errors, the tablet is officially on the secret Apple roadmap for 2010.
We will see and hear much more over the next six months, that is for sure.

link My Mac Mini Media Center/No Cable Plan

Here’s my plan.

1. Get a new mac mini

2. Put it in my living room

3. Hook it up to my stereo

4. Hook it up to my TV as its monitor (mini-DVI to DVI, I think)

5. Transfer all my music, photos and movies to it

6. Set up my laptop to recognize that as my new home for all that data (to sync wirelessly)

(6b. Maybe set it up to run Time Machine, perhaps adding an external as needed.)

7. Install Boxee

8. Hook up a digital antenna

9. Cancel cable TV
