Why haven’t we seen more behavior-based interfaces yet?
For instance, just about every time I log into my Google account, one of the first places I go is to my Google Docs. So in the top menu bar, why doesn’t “Documents” automatically become one of my main buttons, instead of remaining buried in the “More” list?
There are lots of other places where an app or website that “learns” from what we do on a regular basis could help efficiency and ease of use. Hell, I’m surprised the iPhone can’t auto-organize your apps by what you use most.
I saw this!
Everybody Needs A Hobby of the Day: On last night’s Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions final round game, contestant Roger Craig — who is best known to J!-heads as the guy who bested the legendary Ken Jennings by setting a new single-day earnings record ($77,000) — made Jeopardy! history yet again when he went all-in on two back-to-back Daily Doubles.
No right is absolute and with every right comes responsibilities.
The First Amendment gives every New Yorker the right to speak out — but it does not give anyone the right to sleep in a park or otherwise take it over to the exclusion of others — nor does it permit anyone in our society to live outside the law.
